Dalkia, via its dedicated company ESTER, is the new public service delegate, for the creation and operation of the heating network for the Saint-Nazaire conurbation over a period of 30 years. Ultimately, by 2029, more than 110 subscribers will be connected to the heating network via 37 km network. The main means of production will be a central biomass boiler room which will be located in Montoir-de-Bretagne rue des Evens on wasteland near a CNG biogas station and a materials depot.
The work program for the construction of the biomass boiler room provides for the construction of the works below:

A gas boiler room building
A pump house/utilities building
