Description : The Local Government Unit of Siruma through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), now invites Contractors/ Supplier/ Distributor to apply for eligibility and to submit complete Bid for the project: ESTABLISHMENT OF WATER SYSTEM IN OPERATION CENTER.
The Approved Budget for the Contract is: FOUR HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P 400, 000.00).
To bid for this Contract, a contractor must secure Certificate of Site Inspection from Local Chief Executive; representative must present Special Power of Attorney (SPA) specific for the project title authorizing in behalf of the Contractor, payment of non-refundable fee and must meet the following major criteria; (a) PCAB License applicable to the type and cost of contract and present the original copy, (b) Prospective bidders should have experience in undertaking a similar project within the last ten (10) years, with an amount of at least 50% of the proposed project for bidding. The eligibility check/screening as well as preliminary examination of bids shall use non-discretionary "PASS/FAIL" criteria. The bidding will be in three (3) envelop system.
