The Local Government Unit - Lope De Vega, Northern Samar, through the LGU - Fund intends to apply the sum of Php399, 809.37 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Establishment of Tilapia Nursery @ MAO Compound, Brgy. Lower Caynaga, LOPE DE VEGA, NORTHERN SAMAR.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
