Invitation to Bid for ESTABLISHMENT OF TILAPIA HATCHERY
1) The Local Government Unit of Victoria, Northern Samar, through the Supplemental Budget No. 1, series of 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million One Hundred Eleven Thousand Four Hundred Seventy Two Pesos and 49/100 (Php 1, 111, 472.49) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for ESTABLISHMENT OF TILAPIA HATCHERY. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The LGU- Victoria, Northern Samar now invites bids for ESTABLISHMENT OF TILAPIA HATCHERY. Completion of the Works is required within Forty Five (45) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, at least Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in (ITB).
