Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer : This invitation for Tender is open to all Eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:1. The Tenderers must have minimum 5 years of General Experience of Arboriculture works.2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in Arboriculture works of at least 1(one) nos contract of Similar nature works with a value of amounting of Tk.3.50 Lac & Completely successfully completed within the last 05 years under Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 7.00 Lac in the last 5 years. Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector during last 5 years must be submitted along with the tender. Other formats are not acceptable.4. The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/ working capital/ Credit facilities (in the PW2a-3 form without any alteration & must be unconditional) Tk. 5.00 Lac.5. The Tender Capacity is Tk.4.00 Lac. Supporting information must be fill up as per enclosed form (Attached in section-7). Supporting documentary evidence must be submitted along with the Tender.6. The Tenderer must enclose VAT registration certificate, Income Tax certificate and up-to-date Trade license.All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
