Tender Details

Construction on the site of the demolished ruins of a two-story building with a basement and a gable roof. The building was designed in the form of two volumes with different finishes, connected by a glass connector. On the south-eastern side, a terrace was designed area approx. 55.5 m2.1. Dimensions of the designed building: a) height 10.00 m, b) width 11.68 m, c) length of the front elevation - 22.18 m, d) building area 256.9 m2, e) usable area 634.90 m2, f) volume 2, 870.00 m3.2. The foundations of the building are in the form of aw and slabs foundation based on piles made using DSM technology, including waterproofing and drainage of the excavation, 3.
