1) The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office IVA, through the Organic Agriculture Program FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million One Hundred Eighty-Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty-Three Pesos and 68/100 (Ᵽ1, 187, 753.68) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Establishment of Solar Powered Irrigation System under Organic Agriculture Program FY 2026 Lot 4: Brgy. Gulod, Laurel, Batangas. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
