This Tender is to establish a Single Supplier Framework of ACM Consultancy Services for UCC Buildings and Estates Office to whom specific tasks will be awarded on an exclusive basis based on the terms of a framework agreement. The Framework Agreement will be established on foot of competitive tenders received for the role of ACM Consultancy Services based on Notional Hours and rates as detailed in the Pricing Document.This competition is conducted using an open procedure with a qualitative assessment. The Most Economically Advantageous Tenders will be appointed to the single supplier framework. The services required under the Framework consist of the following: • ACM Consultancy Services for Removal and Disposal of Asbestos Containing Materials for Buildings and Estates Office. • Asbestos Removal Management • Preparation of Detailed Budgets for ACM Removal Projects • Preparation of Tender documents • Asbestos Survey and Risk Assessments • Site Supervision and Monitoring of Asbestos Removal as detailed above. • Site Inspections/Site Audits of ACM Contractors during removal as detailed above. • Routine Sampling and analysis of Asbestos - As part of regular surveying of the estate. • Non-routine sampling and analysis of Asbestos - An Emergency provision when there is a risk of exposure • University College Cork will only accept the use of INAB accredited laboratories with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 with BOHS P401 qualified asbestos analysts for both asbestos surveying and sample analysi...
