ESTABLISHMENT OF MUNICIPAL EGG LAYING FACILITY (PHASE 1)
1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF PASTRANA, through the APPROVED BUDGET coming from MO under the ANNUAL INVESTMENT PROGRAM CY 2026, intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED NINETY-NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED NINETY-FOUR AND 93/100 PESOS ONLY (P1, 499, 994.93) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for ESTABLISHMENT OF MUNICIPAL EGG LAYING FACILITY (PHASE 1) with a PROJECT IDENTIFICATION NUMBER- BAC-INFRA-2026-006. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF PASTRANA now invites bids for ESTABLISHMENT OF MUNICIPAL EGG LAYING FACILITY (PHASE 1). Completion of the Works is required SEVENTY-SEVEN (77) CALENDAR DAYS.
