Gentlemen:
The Government of the Philippines (GOP) has received a Loan from the World Bank towards the cost of Philippine Rural Development Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds of the Loan to payments under the Contract for Establishment of Mungbean Trading Post with Custom Service Facilities in the Province of Tarlac.
Please quote your lowest price, inclusive of taxes for the above-cited package, based on the attached Plans and Specifications and Bill of Quantities (BOQ)/Price Schedule (PS), and submit your quotation duly signed by you or your authorized representative not later than August 13, 2019, 10:00 A.M. at the BAC Office, 3rd Floor, Provincial Capitol Building, San Vicente, Tarlac City.
