The Municipality of Pamplona, through the 70% DRRMF 2026 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Pesos Only (3, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Establishment of a multi-hazard early warning and monitoring system, Negros Oriental. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
