Attention !!! The scope of the subject of this order excludes the delivery and assembly of the building equipment and furniture list, indicated in the Design Documentation, covered by items No. 72 - 107 of the bill of quantities. These items are not subject to valuation by the Contractor and are not covered by remuneration for the performance of the Subject of the Order. The Ordering Party envisages purchasing the excluded equipment as part of a separate public procurement procedure. The exclusion referred to above does not cover construction, installation works, finishing or other activities necessary to prepare the facility for subsequent installation of the excluded equipment, in particular the implementation of the required connections, power points, reinforcements, fasteners and other elements resulting from the Documentation Project.
