Invitation to Bid for Establishment of Mangrove Ecotourism Facilities Phase II
1) The Local Government Unit of Libertad, Antique through the GAA 2025 intends to apply the sum of P23, 000, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Establishment of Mangrove Ecotourism Facilities Phase II. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Libertad, Antique now invites bids for the construction of pathway/viewing trail along the mangroves, construction of pavilion, gazebo, rest area and information area and other civil works located at Brgy. Tinigbas, Libertad, Antique. Completion of the Works is required 300 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
