Description: UNICEF has now issued aRequest for Proposals in order to select a supplier for the Establishment of Long-Term Arrangements (LTAs) for Third Party Human Resource Services in Yemen.Conflict has spread widely and rapidly across Yemen since mid-March 2015 leading to one of the largest humanitarian crisis worldwide. Over 21 million people, including nearly 14 million children, continue to suffer the consequences of this conflict. The insecure environment has hampered UNICEF Yemen ability to accurately monitor and gather data across its programmatic areas. At present, humanitarian access is still constrained.
