This is a call for tenders open to 3rd category hydraulic works companies with proven expertise and experience in the field. This consultation aims to establish one or more Long Term Agreements (LTA) for a period of 3 years, renewable for an additional 2 years following a satisfactory evaluation; with companies capable of ensuring the design and construction of deep drilling. The potential bidder is eligible to submit his offer based on of its capacity, qualifications and experience.
