Description : A. The United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) has a requirement for the establishment of Long Term Agreement (LTA) for the Supply and Delivery of Wall Mounted Split Air Conditioners (AC) 12, 000BTU DC Inverter Type to UNIFIL-Lebanon. (Contract Period: Initial Period of One (1) Year with an option to extend the Contract for additional (2) Periods of one (1) Year Each (1+1+1 Year)). In this regards, the vendor shall supply and deliver the items based on Delivery Terms Delivery At Place (DAP) UNIFIL HQ Naqoura (Incoterms 2010). Specifications and other related technical details and required quantity will be provided upon the issuance of the bidding exercise in the solicitation documentation. We strongly recommend all companies to register at level 2 under UNGM (UN Secretariate) for this requirement and not only level 1. B. For this purpose, UNIFIL will undertake a competitive bidding exercise in the future and consider inviting those companies that have expressed their interest and provided initial relevant information as to their ability to fulfill UNIFIL's requirement. Please note, this is not an invitation for submission of a price proposal.
