• The Local Government Unit of Kabugao, through Resolution No. 46 series of 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Thousand Pesos (₱2, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Establishment of LGU-Kabugao Energy Facility Project under Contract No. SF Infra 2026-21. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
• The Local Government Unit of Kabugao now invites bids for Establishment of LGU-Kabugao Energy Facility Project under Contract No. SF Infra 2026-21. The project is located at Barangay Poblacion, Municipality of Kabugao, Province of Apayao, Cordillera Administrative Region. Completion of the works is required in Twenty (20) Calendar Days.
