Invitation to Bid for Establishment of Halfway House (Phase 1)
1) The Local Government Unit of San Jose de Buan, Samar, through the GAD 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Six Hundred Thirty Seven Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty Pesos (Php 2, 637, 860.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Establishment of Halfway House (Phase 1). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of San Jose de Buan, Samar now invites bids for the Establishment of Halfway House (Phase 1) in Barangay 02 Poblacion premises. Completion of the Works is required 240 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
