Dear Sir/Madam, The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), Supply Unit in Yangon, Myanmar, invites qualified local suppliers to make a firm offer for the ESTABLISHMENT OF A FRAME AGREEMENT FOR THE SUPPLY OF MOBILE TOP-UP CARDS TO UNHCR MYANMAR as per the attached Annex A - Scope of Work, Annex B - Technical Offer and requirements as set out in this Request for Quotation (RFQ). The RFQ consists of the following. RFQ Cover Letter: 26-HCR-MMR-SUP-RFQ-005-Mobile Top up Card Annex A: Scope of Work for Mobile Top up Card Annex B: Technical Offer Form Annex C: Financial Offer Form Annex D: Vendor Registration Form (Commercial Suppliers) Annex E: UNHCR-s General Conditions of the Provision of Goods and Services Annex F: UN Supplier Code of ConductWe would appreciate receiving your quotation by or before 01-May-2026 - 23:59 hrs. Myanmar Time by e-mail only to Yangon Supply Unit at [email protected].
