1) The Local Government Unit of Hilongos, through the General Fund-20% LDF-Current Appropriation intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED NINETY NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED SEVENTY TWO PESOS & 04/100 (Php1, 499, 972.04) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for ESTABLISHMENT OF FOOD HUB-PAINITAN . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Hilongos, now invites bids for Establishment of Food Hub-Painitan (Scope of Work: Other General Requirements: Excavation Works; Reinforced Steel Works; Structural Concreting Works; and Project Billboard).4 Completion of the Works is required 30 calendar days.
