1. The CITY GOVERNMENT OF ZAMBOANGA, through the GENERAL FUND (SB1 FY 2022 CONST) intends to apply the sum of FOURTEEN MILLION SIx HUNDRED EIGHTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P14, 680, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for ESTABLISHMENT OF ECO HUB / RECYCLING FACILITY. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening
