1. The Barangay Gun-ob, through the 20% Development Fund, intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY-THREE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED ELEVEN PESOS AND 20/100 (₱283, 611.20) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Establishment of E-Library at Barangay Gun-ob Elementary School. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening
2. The Barangay Gun-ob now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works and delivery of Goods is required within thirty (30) calendar days from the receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 12009, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act”
