1. The subject of the order is the supply of lime sorbents in the limestone category to the generating units of PGE GiEK S.A. described in the Annexes to the Information on the establishment of the DSZ. 2. The Ordering Party reserves that the Descriptions of the Subject of the Order constituting the Annexes to the Information on the establishment of the DSZ are preliminary and the requirements specified therein may be changed. The final requirements of the Ordering Party regarding the description of the item and the rules for the implementation of a given Executive Order will be specified in the SWZ submitted as part of a given Executive Order. 3 The Ordering Party reserves the right to divide the Subject of the Order into Parts as part of the Execution Procedures, while specifying the maximum number of Parts that may be awarded to one Contractor. The Subject of the Order is the supply of lime sorbents in the limestone category to the generating units of PGE GiEK S.A. described in the Annexes to the Information on the establishment of DSZ
