The Ordering Party reserves that the individual Descriptions of the Subject of the Order constituting Annexes to the Information on the establishment DSZ are preliminary and the requirements specified therein may change. The final requirements of the Ordering Party regarding the description of the item and the rules for the implementation of a given Executive Order will be specified in the SWZ submitted as part of a given Order.
