The subject of the Order is the supply of lime sorbents in the lime category hydrated to the generating units of PGE GiEK S.A. described in the Annexes to the Information on the establishment of the DSZ 2. The Ordering Party reserves that the individual Descriptions of the Subject of the Order constituting Annexes to the Information on the establishment of the DSZ are preliminary in nature, and the requirements specified therein may change.
