The UPU is looking for the services of an external consultant to:-develop an electronic and interactive database on postal regulations containing complete information on the postal policies and regulation of the member countries and ensure that the database Be regularly updated and available on the UPU website so that the members and limited unions of the UPU can access it; —realize, based on the database on postal regulations, A comparative study of postal regulatory frameworks in member countries by analyzing in particular structures, models, exemplary practices and case studies to develop theories and formulate conclusions with advice value.
