Description : Invitation to Bid
1. The City Government of Cauayan, Isabela, through the DA RFO2 - GAA 2026 intends to apply the sum of SIXTY FOUR MILLION SIX HUNDRED FIFTY THREE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY EIGHT PESOS AND NINETY SIX CENTAVOS (Php64, 653, 458.96), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Establishment of Corn Processing Complex Phase 1 (One (1) unit Warehouse with Electrical System) at Barangay Villa Luna, Cauayan City, Isabela. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The City Government of Cauayan, Isabela now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Ten (10) months. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
