Description : Invitation to Bid
1. The City Government of Cauayan, Isabela, through the DA RFO2 - GAA 2026 intends to apply the sum of FIFTEEN MILLION FIVE HUNDRED FORTY FOUR THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED SEVENTY EIGHT PESOS AND SIXTY SIX CENTAVOS (Php15, 544, 478.66), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Establishment of Corn Processing Complex Phase 1 (Land Development) at Barangay Villa Luna, Cauayan City, Isabela. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The City Government of Cauayan, Isabela now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Sixty (60) Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. ...
