The United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) requires to establish a Contract for the Provision of Repatriation of Human Remains for UNIFIL and UNSCOL.2- The initial period of the contract shall be one (1) year with an optional extension of two (2) additional periods of one year (1+1). The maximum contract duration shall be three (3) years.3. UNIFIL will undertake a competitive solicitation exercise shortly and consider inviting those companies have expressed their interest and provided initial relevant information as to their ability to fulfill UNIFIL-s requirement. 4. Please note, this is not an invitation for submission of a proposal. 5. By expressing interest, vendors must ensure that they are registered in UNGM or will be registering before participating in any possible future solicitation process. Those companies not registered with United Nations Global Marketplace (UMGM) cannot be included in the List of Invitees . Registration with UNGM (WWW.UNGM.ORG) is free of charge and mandatory for all companies wishing to participate in the UN solicitations. Specific Requirements/Information1.
