Invitation to Bid for Establishment/ Construction of Municipal Library (BCS) Completion
1. The Besao Local Government Unit, through the 2026 20% MDF intends to apply the sum of One Million, Four Hundred Seventy-Five Thousand, Five Hundred Nine Pesos and Sixty-Two Centavos (PhP 1, 475, 509.62) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Establishment/ Construction of Municipal Library (BCS) Completion, 2026-04-15A. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Besao Local Government Unit now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
