1. The Department Agriculture Regional Field Office IV-A, through the Other Program intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Pesos and 58/100 (₱499, 999.58) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Establishment (Construction) of 1 unit Common Comfort Room at RARES Compound, Brgy. Cuyambay, Tanay, Rizal under Other Program CY 2024 (Second Posting) and Project Identification Number (ITB-2024-12-081). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
