1) The MUNICIPALITY OF SAN JUAN, through the General Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Pesos and Eighty Nine Centavos (Php. 3, 999, 999.74) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for MSJ-2026-21. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The MUNICIPALITY OF SAN JUAN now invites bids for the establishment of 720.00 square meter Children-s Park with Playground Equipment and Site Development preparation for other facilities. Completion of the Works is required 100 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
