Billund Airport offers a concession contract regarding the establishment and operation of charging stations at various locations at Billund Airport. The charging stations must be established in relation to staff parking, Car Rental Center, public parking area, lightning charging stations and for use of own equipment.The operator must establish and subsequently operate and maintain the charging stations, including continuously expanding the capacity in the respective areas in line with increasing demand in accordance with the conditions stated in the tender documents. The operator has overall responsibility for the establishment, including for networksthe connection with the relevant network distribution company. Different start-up times apply to the different parts of the charging park. Including that parts of the lightning charging station must only be established at a later date. The offer includes charging stands that are publicly accessible and chargeableteeth that are not publicly available, cf. the provisions of the AFI Act on this. The operator must pay a concession fee to the client for the power supplied to external parties, while the operator receives payment for the power supply to the client's own equipment. The AFI Act (Act No. 412 of 4 April 2022 on infrastructure for alternative fuels for transport) is expected to be changed during the tender phase with a view to the implementation of the AFI regulation (regulation 2023/1804/EU of 13 September 2023, 32023R1804).
