Description : Invitation to Bid for the Establishment of Bulusukan High School
1) The Municipality of San Ildefonso, Bulacan, through the Special Education Fund intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Eight Thousand Pesos (Php 9, 998, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Establishment of Bulusukan High School. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of San Ildefonso, Bulacan now invites bids for the Establishment of Bulusukan High School of the Works is required one hundred twenty (120) working days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
