Invitation to Bid for ESTABLISHMENT OF BOULEVARD/SEA PARK AT BRGY. SAN LAZARO (PHASE-1)
1) The Local Government Unit of Victoria, Northern Samar, through the 20% Development Fund CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 300, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for ESTABLISHMENT OF BOULEVARD/SEA PARK AT BRGY. SAN LAZARO (PHASE-1). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The LGU- Victoria, Northern Samar now invites bids for ESTABLISHMENT OF BOULEVARD/SEA PARK AT BRGY. SAN LAZARO (PHASE-1). Completion of the Works is required within Twenty Five (25) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, at least Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
