Invitation to Bid for Establishment of BOATEC Water System
The Provincial Government of Bohol through the budget for the contract approved by
the Sanggunian through an appropriation ordinance for the year 2026 intends to
apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Thirty-Four Thousand Four Hundred
Twenty-Five Pesos and 1/100 Only (P 1, 234, 425.01) being the Approved Budget for
the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Establishment of BOATEC
Water System. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at
bid opening.
The Provincial Government of Bohol, through the Provincial Procurement Management
Unit, now invites bids for Establishment of BOATEC Water System. Completion of
the Works is required within 60 days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders
should have completed, within the last 10 years from the date of submission and
