The Objective of this Consultancy is to Support Panama-s National Strategy for Green Hydrogen and Derivatives Implementation by Assessing the Strategic Options and Viability for Panama to Become a Maritime Bunkering Hub of Green Hydrogen and Derivates for Shipping. Specifically; This Consultancy will Contain the following Two Components: (I) Supporting the Preparation and Design of a Master Plan for a Green Hydrogen and Derivatives Hub; And (Ii) Conducting Pre-Feasibility Studies from a Technical; Safety; Environmental/Social; Regulatory; Financial; And Economic Perspective for Ports in Panama.
