Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer : (A) Minimum Number of Years of General Experience in Construction Works Shall be 10 years.(B) Must have successful completion of at least 1 number of 4 storied RCC building work(in/c electrification work) of Government / semi-Government / autonomous organization of Bangladesh during last 05 years amounting minimum Tk.1000.00 Lakh in a single Contract during last 05 years.(C) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover amounting Tk. 1800.00 Lakh. This must be supported by total certified payment received for contracts in progress or work complete under Government / semi-Government / autonomous organization of Bangladesh during last 05 years. Interested tenderer are requested to provide payment certificate mentioning Fiscal year and share percent (in case of JVCA) in the certificate.(D) Tenderer must have a Minimum Liquid Assets/Credit facilities/Credit Line(unconditional) Tk. 400.00 Lakh (Must be Issued Within publication of IFT in egp system to The Last Date of Lodgment of The Tender and must be followed by the appropriate format (PW3-7)).(E) Minimum Tender Capacity must be Tk. 1300.00 Lakh. Relevant documents in support of the tender capacity must be submit with the tender:(F) Tenderer Must submit with the tender:(i) Upto date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, Trade License, ABC Category Contractorship & Supervisory License from Electricity Licensing Board.(ii) Valid VAT Registration Certificate.Other Notable Terms are pointed out at TDS, PCC, ITT & GCC.Please follow the instructtions as stated in section 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9(Document tab) of this tender
