Water desalination is the interim operational arm of the Saudi Water Authority and is concerned with seawater desalination and ground and surface water desalination. It is planned to create a comprehensive electronic program for all samples and tests in Laboratories for seawater desalination systems and ground and surface water desalination. It supports full management of all laboratory operations, environmental monitoring practices, and strict adherence to other international standards, including ISO 17025:2017, and the standards of the Non-Bottled Drinking Water Control Manual issued From the regulatory affairs of the Saudi Water Authority and World Health Organization standards, which significantly enhances operational efficiency, data accuracy, compliance, and water security and meets the requirements of cybersecurity, enterprise architecture management, and information technology in the Saudi Water Authority.
