Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the performance of construction works consisting in changing the use of storage rooms into second-life rooms and the construction of an educational path.2. The subject of the order includes the performance of the specified works construction: 2.1. Execution of internal construction works;2.2. Light construction of wall cladding;2.3. Construction of the ceiling;2.4. Execution of electrical works;2.5. Installation of electric heating and ventilation;2.6. Construction of an educational path and plantings;2.7. Purchase and delivery of necessary equipment;2.8. Performing other work necessary to complete the order;3. A detailed description and scope of works is included in the design documentation constituting Annex No. 9 to the SWZ. An auxiliary description of the subject of the order, due to the flat-rate nature of the order the nature of the remuneration, includes the Bill of Quantities, constituting Appendix No. 10 to SWZ.4. The required minimum quality warranty period for the completed subject of the contract is 24 months and will be determined in accordance with the contractor's offer (offer evaluation criterion).
