This call for tenders relates to the provision of consulting services to the UPU from July to November 2023 for the implementation of an electronic and interactive database on postal regulations and for carrying out a study Comparative on postal regulatory frameworks in different countries. The first objective is to create a database containing all the viable data regularly collected and gathered by the International Office concerning postal policy and regulation within the members, so as to Facilitate access to this data and make it more useful for users.
