Purpose of the competition: The General Organization for Irrigation wishes to contract with a qualified and experienced technical consultant to establish an asset management program in the General Organization for Irrigation related to operations of facilities, pipeline networks, pumping stations, irrigation canals and their networks, and other Equipment and fixed assets. And this is the BThe program will be integrated with the information systems of the General Irrigation Corporation. For details, the bidder should refer to Section Seven, "Detailed Scope of Work."
