EST-EØS-26-003 - Acquisition - operation of emergency accommodation The client, Bergen municipality, must acquire the operation of a user-managed emergency accommodation offer for up to 10 homeless people with drug addiction. The offer must be user-managed, where people with user and/or relative experience has a central role in administration and operation. The target group for the offer is homeless men and women over the age of 18 with an acute need for accommodation who have: Ongoing drug use May have challenges related to physical and/or mental health and other areas of life May have behavioral challenges, problems of threats and violence in settings where there is a focus on care and safety for the residents, security and control. The client makes premises available for the measure. The procurement is carried out in accordance with regulations on public procurement part IV (health and social services), and the competition is reserved for non-profit organisations, cf. regulations section 30-2a.
