The Regional Maintenance Center at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS&IMF) intends to award a standalone, Firm-Fixed Price contract to procure Engagement Simulation Systems Tactical Scenario Based Training.

Description:
Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF), Bremerton, Washington is required to provide training to military and civilian security forces supporting sensitive operations within the Controlled Industrial Area (CIA) per NAVSEA Instructions.
Scope:
The contractor shall develop, build, deliver, and provide the following. Training Facility - The training facility will be provided by the contractor and will include: Student parking, classroom with electricity, tactical training house for use with training weapons that shoot projectiles (e.g. Simunitions), and bathroom facilities with running water. The contractor shall also provide a Tactical Scenario Based Training (TSBT) plans to meet the objectives of providing this training to military and civilian security personnel in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement
Period of Performance - 15 March 2026 - 25 April 2026
