The contract includes all work and arrangements required to demolish the remaining structures in a safe, environmental manner and for cleaning the work area. The work includes:- Demolition of the remaining structures with their foundations up to the contract limit- Sorting, transporting and final disposal of waste to approved to the reception locations - Establishment of the construction site, protection and safety arrangements - Final cleaning and handover to the customer by 15 August 2026. Property information: - Floor area 392 m2 - Plot area 2500 m2 The form of contract is a complete contract. The bidder must include all the costs necessary to perform the work: labor, equipment, waste treatment, protection, supervision and administrative costs.
