Tender Details

The subject of the performance of the public contract is the processing of project documentation according to the standards of ČKAIT services. This involves the implementation of complete design and engineering activities and the provision of all necessary decisions, including the acquisition of legal authority, the provision of other measures of public administration bodies or other enabling actions implementation of the project under the name Bytove domy "Česke srdce" - project documentation in accordance with generally binding legal regulations, including representation in relevant proceedings. Fulfillment of the subject of the public contract will be carried out exclusively by professionally qualified persons. The subject of the performance of the public contract is in particular: • preparation of all necessary documentation for planning permission and ensuring the issuance of final project permits, • preparation of all necessary documentation for building construction, including obtaining the approval of the state fire control authority, if required by law (hereinafter also "DPS"), Projektova the documentation will be processed in the form and scope determined by Decree No. 131/2024 Coll., Decree on Construction Documentation, in its valid and effective wording.
