The International Finance Corporation (“IFC”), a member of the World Bank, has been approached by the Government of Cundinamarca (“GoC”) through the Instituto de Infraestructura y Concesiones de Cundinamarca (“ICCU”) and the Fondo de Desarrollo de proyectos de Cundinamarca (“FONDECUN”) (jointly the “Client”), to act as transaction lead advisors to improve the level of service on Chía - Girardot Corridor by structuring and implementing one brownfield road project under a Public-Private Partnership (“PPP”) arrangement (the “Project”).Given the above, IFC will draw upon the services of an Environmental and Social (E&S) consulting firm (the E&S Consultant or the Consultant or the Contractor) with extensive local and global experience in E&S matters in roads PPPs.
