Erp way forward - implementation services
The "er way forward" project aims to replace the existing heterogeneous erp environment at swissgrid with a modern, integrated erp solution that meets the requirements for future end-to-end processes. Based on a comprehensive analysis swissgrid chose the target processes and requirements for the sap s4 / hana as the central erp system and other sap solutions / modules that are required to implement the requirements (ariba, success factors, fieldglass, analytics cloud) swissgrid is an implementation partner who implements these sap solutions / modules in several work packages. The implementation partner is required to assume overall responsibility for the project and to cover individual packages according to criteria with his own staff. The provider is free for the others call in third-party work packages for the provision of services
