Project Description : The LAO is looking for a contractor to design, implement, and manage an Enterprise Resource Planning(“ERP”) system replacement and data migration project to enable the LAO to strengthen and streamlinethe provision of the services to its clients, with an initial focus on human resource and financialmanagement services. The LAO desires a phased approach and longer‐term vision that will integratebusiness processes across LAO branches through a redeveloped ERP system to realize operationalefficiencies, including client relationship management, business intelligence and analytics.The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to solicit Proposals, in accordance with the requirementsdescribed herein, to provide the Services described in Schedule “A” of this RFP to replace the LAO-sexisting ERP system with a new solution and migrate the current data and records.
