The subject of performance in the "feasibility study" part (guaranteed performance) is mainly: - analysis of the current state (especially process, application and integration), - definition of the target state of the ERP solution, including determination of key functional and non-functional requirements, - assessment of solution variants (e.g. different ERP platforms, cloud / on-premise, scope of customization), - proposal of the recommended procedure for project implementation, including an indicative schedule, cost estimation and identification of the main risks, - processing of usable documents for the preparation of the subsequent procurement procedure for the delivery of the ERP system.
